We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented CSR - Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant with a customer service focus, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our laundry services while providing exceptional support to our clientele. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork to maintain the quality standards of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently, including washers, dryers, and folding machines.
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry items according to established procedures and customer preferences.
- Ensure all laundry items are handled with care to maintain quality and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with additional facility duties as needed, such as restocking amenities or organizing storage.

**Qualifications: **

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a laundry facility or customer service role is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs.) as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
